Where did we start?

Our key focus has always been on helping clients solve business challenges.

Where best to start?  In the most challenging markets.

Our initial focus was on sub-Saharan Africa, working across the region – from the more established markets of Nigeria and Kenya, to the big population opportunities of DRC and Ethiopia, to the frontier markets of Burkina Faso and South Sudan, and beyond.

Where are we now?

As client demand for our services has grown, so has our market coverage.  Initially continuing in other developing markets where the retail landscape is similarly fragmented and messy.  We are now well established in North Africa, Central and South Asia, the Caucuses and the Middle East.

Yet clients are coming to us with similar challenges in developed markets when there is no clear or standard route to solving their problem.  We are delivering successful solutions using the same pragmatic approach.
